  • 30–60 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost.
  • Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of the total tour cost.

4.3 In the event of cancellation due to political or safety issues announced by relevant authorities, cancellation terms will be handled in accordance with our risk and force majeure policies.

5. Changes by You

5.1 Any amendments to the original booking after confirmation may incur administrative fees and additional charges.
5.2 We will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee availability or pricing.

6. Changes by Macrobia Expeditions

6.1 We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, government action, road or border closures, equipment failure, health, or safety issues).
6.2 Reasonable alternatives will be offered; however, no refunds are guaranteed for changes outside our control.

7. Travel Documents and Visas

7.1 It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a valid passport and the correct visas for all countries on the itinerary.

8.2 You must disclose any relevant health conditions prior to travel.
8.3 Macrobia Expeditions may refuse participation for health or safety reasons.

9. Conduct and Behaviour

9.1 All clients must behave respectfully toward our team, guides, local communities, and property.
9.2 We reserve the right to exclude any person whose behaviour disrupts the tour or creates a safety risk.
9.3 No refunds will be issued in such cases.

10. Liability

10.1 Macrobia Expeditions acts only as an intermediary for services offered by third-party suppliers (hotels, transport, guides, camps, etc.).
10.2 We do not accept liability for indirect loss, personal injury, or loss of personal property unless caused by proven negligence of our employees or agents.
10.3 You accept the inherent risks in travel to remote and developing regions.
